Stage II

• stocktaking and analysis of the construction project
• preparing and agreeing on the concept of functional design
• design project includes drawings for various industries (including drawings of the final functional system, walls and ceilings system, floors, stairs and railings, all required installations,bathroom and its ceramics, fireplaces, cabinets, kitchen including appliances, wardrobe, lighting)

Stage III

• Preparation of the offer, for the comprehensive implementation of the project by our own installers and construction workers. The offer includes the construction work and purchasing, supply, installation of all of necessary items such as the furniture, plants, drawstrings etc.
• Valuation is a closed-end budget and it cannot be changed during execution.
