ACCEPTANCES

• We assist in the premises acceptance of an apartment or house. We assess the standard of the place, we will indicate a fault before you sign the acceptance protocol.

FINANCING

• Basing on the chosen project and finishing materials we will give You a complex pricing. It contains a detailed valuation of all materials, equipment and items of equipment, general construction, plumbing, carpentry, glass and others that are necessary to meet project assumption, eventually tell what to do, to meet the budget. We will advise what changes did not affect significantly the project, and enable the necessary savings.
• Final valuation is annexed to the agreement. Valuation is a closed budget includes all costs necessary to complete the interior and does not change after the work begins.

ORDERING THE MATERIALS

• Purchases of all finishing materials, equipment and equipment components is done by our sales department.
• We coordinate the delivery of construction materials, finishes, appliances and pieces of equipment to the work site. We are responsible for providing the ordered materials in sufficient quantity at the right time. We handle all the formalities in the case of having a complaint or damaged products not complying with the order.
• We store all items in our warehouse until they are mounted

FINISHING WORKS

• Architects and construction workers employed at one company guarantee high quality finishing, as well as error-free translating design concepts into real interior.
• Installation and finishing works are fully done by our staff, even with the latest, innovative technologies.
• We supply and install kitchen equipment, wardrobes, closets, bathroom cabinets, door and window woodwork, stairs, railings, ceramics and armature, appliances, electronics, audiovisual systems (including multi-room system), luminaries and lighting systems, ventilation and conditioners, boilers, radiators and underfloor heating systems, stairs, fireplaces
• In case of houses we do all the work - inside and outside.

FURNITURE AND OTHER ORDERED ITEMS

• All furniture and woodwork designed by us, we make in our own carpentry.
• In the production process we use the experience of our designer and technologists, who participate in national and international furniture fair tracking the latest trends and solutions.
• Besides furniture, we also do all the other unusual elements, such as glass elements, elements of stone, metal, upholstered items, stairways, railings, enclosures bio-fireplaces and chimneys.
• We guarantee that we are able to accomplish any unusual design element. With the possibility of testing prototypes, we offer You innovative solutions in unique, original equipment.

WARRANTY

• construction works are covered by a one-year warranty. Guarantees to to all the devices we pass as an attachment to the certificate of completion.
